Modern apartment kitchen renovations involve constraints that don't apply to terraces:

• Building manager coordination: Most riverside developments require contractor onboarding, insurance evidence, RAMS, scheduled lift bookings, and signed-in deliveries. We handle all of this upfront so the actual work doesn't get held up.
• Sound transmission rules: Floor coverings often have minimum sound-rating requirements. We check before specifying.
• Soil stack and waste constraints: Modern apartments have less flexibility for re-routing waste than terraces — the kitchen layout often has to work around fixed positions.
• Manufacturer kitchens: Many apartment kitchens were fitted by manufacturer-specific installers (Bulthaup, Poggenpohl, Boffi, etc.). Some upgrades require the original manufacturer; others can be replaced with new kitchens — we'll advise honestly which is which.
• Neighbour notification: Some buildings require advance notice to surrounding flats for noisy work. We schedule around the building's quiet hours.

Typical timeline: 4–6 weeks (the lift booking and material delivery scheduling adds time). Pricing: £25k–£55k for the building work, depending on building constraints and finish level.
