Guarantees

For major partial works and full refurbishments, we offer guarantees ranging from 5 to 25 years, depending on the scope and materials used.

We provide a 25 year guarantee for all work that we do start to finish, including Insurance Backed Guarantees (IBG)!

Please note that guarantees are optional and must be requested before the project begins, as the pricing and specification of the works will differ to meet the required standard. Some clients prefer temporary or lower-cost solutions, and while we are happy to accommodate this, such works do not qualify for guarantees.

Warranty

Warranties are available only for full project refurbishments, where we handle the entire process from start to finish. This allows us to ensure complete quality control and take full responsibility for any future issues.

Our warranties offer protection for up to 15 years and must also be requested in advance, as the project design and materials will be tailored to meet the required warranty criteria.

If you have a specific warranty or guarantee duration in mind, we are always happy to discuss options and recommend the best solution for your project.
